Copyright Policy for Dynamic & Permeable Art
How original works, variable media, and living compositions are protected under Copyright Dynamic.
1. What Copyright Dynamic means
“Copyright Dynamic” is the name we use for our policy toward creative works that change over time, respond to their environment, or are intentionally open to outside contribution. Traditional copyright protects a fixed expression. Dynamic or permeable art is rarely fixed: it may be generated by code, altered by weather, completed by a viewer, or distributed across many authors. Copyright Dynamic recognizes that ownership, attribution, and licensing must move with the work, not freeze it.
2. Dynamic art
Dynamic art includes any piece whose final form is not determined at the moment of creation. Examples are algorithmic visuals, generative music, reactive installations, live data sculptures, and AI-assisted compositions. Copyright Dynamic holds that the original creator retains rights in the underlying system, rules, or seed expression, while the audience or environment may hold limited rights in the specific instantiation it produces.
3. Permeable art
Permeable art invites modification, remix, or contribution. It may be open-source, crowd-fed, or released under permissive licenses. Copyright Dynamic does not require permeable art to be surrendered to the public domain. Instead, it asks creators to declare clearly what is shared, what is reserved, and how future contributors should be credited.
4. What we protect
- Original code, scripts, and systems that generate visual or sonic output.
- Curated datasets, training sets, and input libraries used by generative tools.
- Documentation, artist statements, and written instructions that define the work.
- Recorded or archived versions of a dynamic piece at a specific moment in time.
- Brand names, marks, and trade dress associated with the project or its creator.
5. What we allow
Unless otherwise stated, dynamic and permeable works published on this site may be shared, displayed, and non-commercially remixed provided that the original creator is credited and the license terms attached to the work are followed. Commercial use, resale, or incorporation into a competing service requires explicit written permission.
6. Notice and takedown
If you believe a dynamic or permeable work on this site infringes your copyright, please send a detailed notice including the work in question, your contact information, and a good-faith statement of ownership. We will review the claim and respond promptly, removing or disabling access to material where appropriate.
7. Changes to this policy
Copyright Dynamic is itself a living policy. We may revise it as technology, case law, and artistic practice evolve. The effective date of the latest version will always be noted at the top of this page.
Effective date: August 2026. For questions about this Copyright Policy or the Copyright Dynamic framework, contact us at support@enterpriseautotransport.com.
